The Type A is Back (Finally)
After more than 9 months, the Type A is finally back in stock - and better than ever.
We know it’s been a minute. Here’s the quick story: we made the call to switch manufacturers to reduce our environmental impact. It felt like the right move - but it came with delays, headaches, and a few curveballs (including some surprise tariff issues that complicated everything).
The silver lining? The wait gave us time to listen, iterate, and make the Type A even better.
Here’s what’s new:

It’s a little bigger. You asked, we delivered. There’s just enough extra space to fit what you need, without the bulk.

The black version is now actually all black. We swapped the grey trim for a sleeker, more unified look.

We’re sunsetting the Type B. A simpler lineup, stronger focus. We’re doubling down on making the Type A the best it can be.
Next up: a few updates to the website, and if all goes to plan, a pop-up in Boston this summer. We’d love to see you there.
