Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within a few days. Most customers receive their tracking number in 2–4 business days.

Shipping Window (Required Disclosure)
By law, we are required to state that orders may take up to 30 days to ship. In practice, we almost always ship much sooner—but we include this window to stay compliant.

Carriers & Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your package is handed to the carrier, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Delays
If unexpected delays occur (for example, due to supply chain or carrier issues), we’ll contact you right away to keep you updated.
