This Nurses Week, we took the celebration to new heights — literally. On May 9th, Type was proud to sponsor a rooftop event in San Diego hosted by Operation Happy Nurse and Don’t Clock Out, two organizations doing powerful work to uplift and support the nursing community.

The event brought together nurses from all over the city for a much-needed dose of joy, laughter, and recognition. The venue? The stunning rooftop at Andaz San Diego, transformed into a haven of appreciation with incredible views and even better vibes.

Event highlights:

We know firsthand how hard nurses work — and how little time they have to celebrate themselves. That’s why we jumped at the opportunity to help make this afternoon happen.
