WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE STUDENT & MILITARY DISCOUNT PROGRAM?
Any current students or military members age 18 or older with a valid ID can receive this discount.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY DISCOUNT ONLINE?
Online usage of the discount is subject to different requirements. Please see the "Who can get verified" section in the Online Verification FAQs for details.
CAN I USE THIS DISCOUNT WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS?
This discount cannot be combined with select promotions. If there is another promotion on the site or in store, the larger discount will automatically be applied.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE TEACHER & STUDENT DISCOUNT?
This discount may NOT be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards.
WHO CAN GET VERIFIED?
Military members and students age 16 and older of accredited public and private institutions can verify their identity via SheerID to receive the discount.
HOW DO I GET VERIFIED?
If not instantly verified, SheerID will compare the information provided in the uploaded document(s) against the information entered in the verification form. To ensure you get that instant verification thrill, please pay attention to how you enter your information on the form so that it will match what is seen on the document(s). For example, enter your first and last name on the form as it appears on your school document(s).

I JUST UPLOADED A DOCUMENT. WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK?
SheerID will collect some basic personal information to confirm your eligibility for the offer. They may also ask you to upload some documentation that substantiates your status and eligibility.
I'M UNABLE TO TYPE MY SCHOOL INTO THE BOX OR SELECT IT FROM THE DROP-DOWN LIST. WHAT GIVES?
Make sure you're not missing your school by typing out its full name. If you still don't see it, you will not be eligible for the offer at this time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T PROVE I'M A STUDENT?
This almost never happens. All academic institutions provide some form of official documentation that we'll accept (for example, class schedule, tuition receipt, transcript). If you cannot provide acceptable proof of current student enrollment, we will be unable to approve you for the offer. But trust us, if you're in school, you have a document we can verify.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU WON'T DO SOMETHING I DON'T WANT YOU TO DO WITH MY ID?
This is something we take very seriously. We only use someone's information to confirm their eligibility. We do not rent their information. We do not sell their information. We do not store documents or images uploaded to our system.
