Healthcare workers are constantly giving — to their patients, their teams, and their communities — so we wanted to create a space where they could receive.

We hosted a wellness pop-up in San Diego, starting the morning with a yoga class overlooking the Pacific Ocean. A local instructor led a restorative flow designed to help everyone unwind, reset, and just breathe. Thanks to GAIAM, each guest was set up with a yoga mat, blocks, and a towel to fully settle into the experience.

After class, attendees made their way to a wellness lounge where they could:

🌞 Grab a free spray tan
✨ Enjoy goodies from Bag Balm, Owala, EcoBrite, Sun Bum, and more

It was a small gesture of gratitude — and a reminder that healthcare workers deserve care, too.
